Ownership
All artworks, pixel art items, bases, palettes etc. remain my intellectual property. Purchasing or downloading a resource grants you a license to use it according to these terms. It does NOT transfer ownership or copyright.

- Use my resources for personal, non-commercial projects.
- Edit or customize the resources for own personal use.
- Use pixel art items on your personal website, social media profiles, blogs, forums or other personal spaces with a credit to my website.

- Use any resource for commercial purposes.
- Make money from my resources in any way, directly/indirectly.
- Use my resources for commissions, paid requests, client work or freelance projects.
- Sell, resell, redistribute, trade or give away the original files or edited versions.
- Claim my artworks as your own.
- Include my resources in asset packs, templates, games, downloads or collections for redistribution.
- Upload or share the files on other websites, unless stated otherwise.
Doll Bases
My doll bases are for personal use only.

- Share your creations online with credit.

- Create commissions using the bases.
- Sell adopts or character designs made from the bases.
- Use the bases for paid work.
- Earn money from anything created with the bases.
AI & NFT's
The following uses are strictly prohibited:
- Training or improving AI or machine learning models.
- Uploading my resources to AI datasets or image generators.
- Creating, minting, buying, selling or promoting NFTs using my artwork or resources.
Redistribution
Please do NOT re-upload my files anywhere. If someone would like one of my resources, please link them to my website so they can download it themselves.
Credit
Please credit to my website/with my name when using any of my resources!
