    01 - general terms
    • Prices are subject to change based on demand.
    • The artist reserves the right to reject any order for any reason.
    • The artist reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason.
    02 - payments
    • The artist accepts payments through Paypal.
    • Customers will have to pay the orders 100% upfront.
    • The artist will request the customer to make the payment after accepting the order.
    03 - process and delivery
    • Time varies on each order. An estimated timeline will be given when artist starts on the order.
    • Reminder that there is no physical product, only digital.
    • Completed orders will be send to the customer in a zip-file via the specified e-mail.
    04 - revisions
    • Customer has 3 revision chances after seeing the rough and final sketch.
    • Reminder that once the order has been completed, there’s no option to revise the product again.
    05 - refunds and cancellations
    • If the artist is unable to start/finish the customers order, the customer will receive a full refund.
    • If the customer cancels the order before the first sketch, the customer will receive a full refund.
    • If the customer cancels the order after the first sketch approval, the customer will not receive a refund.
    • If the customer is eligible for a full refund, the artist will transfer the money back.
    06 - copyright and usages
    • The artist reserves the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
    • The artist reserves the right to post the commissioned artwork online.
    • The artist retains all copyright over the commissioned artwork.
    • The artist will not claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
    • The artist will not profit further from the order, unless the customer breaks any of the terms.
    • The customer is allowed to upload the commissioned artwork on any website or social channels.
    • The customer may not make profits from the commissioned piece.
      For example; by reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD services, make prints, etcetera.
    • The customer may not alter the commissioned artwork without the artist’s consent.
    • The customer retains the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
    • The customer is not allowed to use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.
    The following is considered Copyright infringement;
    • Reproducing/using the copyrighter artwork commerically.
    • Claiming the commissioned artwork as your own.
    • Altering the commissioned artwork without consent.
